All content on this site (text, design, code, graphic elements) is the exclusive property of the publisher unless otherwise stated. Any reproduction, representation or distribution, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization, is prohibited and would constitute an infringement under the French Intellectual Property Code.

4. Privacy policy

The publisher cares about your privacy and limits data collection to the strict minimum, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

4.1 Data controller

The data controller is Raphaël D., reachable at contact [at] bughunter [dot] pro.

4.2 Data collected and purpose

No personal data is collected when simply browsing the site. The only collection happens through the contact form, when you choose to use it. The following is then processed:

• your name
• your organization (optional)
• your email address
• the content of your message

This data is used solely to answer your request. It is never sold, shared, or used for marketing.

4.3 Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (the form checkbox), which you may withdraw at any time by writing to contact [at] bughunter [dot] pro.

4.4 Recipients and processors

Messages sent through the form are delivered by the Formspree service (Formspree, Inc., USA), acting as a processor that forwards the message to the publisher. This transfer outside the European Union is governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Hosting is provided by Hostinger.

The contact page also displays Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc., USA), an anti-bot check that replaces a traditional CAPTCHA. It processes your IP address and technical signals from your browser for the sole purpose of telling a visitor apart from an automated script, with no advertising profiling and no cross-site tracking. That transfer is likewise governed by the Standard Contractual Clauses. No other third party has access to your data.

4.5 Retention period

Messages are kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and the resulting exchange, then deleted within a maximum of 12 months, unless a legal obligation or an ongoing contractual relationship requires otherwise.

4.6 Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact [at] bughunter [dot] pro. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

4.7 Cookies and trackers

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and uses no analytics tool. The site itself sets one cookie, bb_lang: it is written only when you click the language switcher, holds two letters, is kept for a year, and serves only to show you the site again in the language you picked. Until you pick one, the server reads the language header your browser sends in order to point you at the right version when you land on the home page. That header is neither stored nor logged.

This cookie falls under the interface-personalisation cookies that the French data protection authority explicitly exempts from consent, a language choice being the textbook example. No banner is therefore required. You can delete it at any time from your browser settings: the site will work exactly the same.

On the contact page alone, Cloudflare Turnstile may set a technical marker for the duration of the anti-bot check. It serves the security of the form rather than advertising or analytics, and is exempt from consent on that basis. No other page on the site loads it.

The publisher strives to ensure the accuracy of the information on this site but cannot be held liable for errors, omissions or unavailability. Any external links do not engage the publisher's responsibility for their content.

6. Governing law

These notices are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the use of the site falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
