Messages sent through the form are delivered by the Formspree service (Formspree, Inc., USA), acting as a processor that forwards the message to the publisher. This transfer outside the European Union is governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Hosting is provided by Hostinger. No other third party has access to your data.

4.5 Retention period

Messages are kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and the resulting exchange, then deleted within a maximum of 12 months, unless a legal obligation or an ongoing contractual relationship requires otherwise.

4.6 Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact [at] bughunter [dot] pro. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
